Cancellation Policy
Please make an effort to keep your appointments. I understand that life happens and unforeseen situations arise. I ask that if you cannot make it to your scheduled appointment, you notify me by text at least two (2) hours prior to your scheduled appointment. This allows me time to book another client in that time slot. Notifications less than 2 hours prior to your appointment will be considered a NO SHOW. Every client is allowed one (1) NO SHOW without penalty. However, any future NO SHOW beyond the first will result in a charge of 50% of the service(s) that appointment was for. So when you come in for your next appointment after your second or more NO SHOW, in addition to that current appointment, I will have to additionally charge you 50% of the previous appointment at which you were a NO SHOW. I hate having to do this, but NO SHOWS prevent other clients from booking that time slot. Thank you for your understanding.
